Programs & activities

From first experiment to public expression.

Our core initiatives connect practical education, artist development, cultural participation and the preservation of electronic music’s living heritage in Finland.

01

Production & sound engineering workshops

Practical education is central to our public-benefit work. Workshops are designed to make electronic music tools, production methods and sound principles approachable without reducing their artistic depth.

Subjects may include recording, arrangement, synthesis, sampling, mixing, live performance preparation, signal flow, hearing-aware practice and collaborative studio methods. Content can be adapted for first-time learners, developing creators and peer-learning groups.

Local artist support & showcases

Emerging and independent artists need more than a stage: they need trust, attentive production and meaningful connection with audiences. We develop showcase opportunities that respect artistic identity and encourage professional growth.

Artist support can include performance platforms, peer exchange, production guidance, public presentation and network-building. Our aim is to make local talent visible while maintaining fair, transparent and artist-first working relationships.

Cultural integration & youth creativity

Music can create a shared language across age, background and experience. Community activity is designed to welcome people into collaborative cultural spaces where they can listen, learn and create without pressure to arrive as experts.

Youth-focused activity values agency and safe creative expression. Through guided experimentation, participants can develop confidence, digital skills, critical listening and the experience of contributing to a collective result.

Digital arts & sound heritage

Electronic music is part of Finland’s living cultural record. Our digital arts and heritage work seeks to document practices, stories, technologies and community memories that might otherwise remain fragmented or disappear.

Projects may connect oral history, archives, field recordings, digital exhibitions, audiovisual practice and public discussion. Preservation is approached as an active process that keeps cultural knowledge available and relevant.
